Acceptable use
You may use AiAutoDiag for professional automotive diagnostic work. You must not use the service to scrape our database, abuse the LLM for non-diagnostic tasks, attempt to disable safety systems on vehicles, or anything that violates applicable law.
No warranty for diagnostic accuracy
AiAutoDiag is a decision-support tool. Final diagnostic and repair judgments are the mechanic's responsibility. Do not perform a repair you are not qualified to perform. We do not accept liability for harm arising from acting solely on AI-generated guidance.
Premium fair use
When the Premium plan goes live, "unlimited" chat is subject to a fair-use ceiling (~500 messages per day per user) intended to deter scripted abuse. Real users will not hit it.
Cancellation
You can cancel your account from /settings at any time. Cancellation is effective immediately for the Free plan; for Premium subscribers, Premium remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Serbian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgrade unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
